At Hear This Today, each product is made to order and produced specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

All items sold on Hear This Today are printed and fulfilled on demand through trusted production partners.

Because these products are made specifically for each order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

  • We do not offer size or style exchanges.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

Because each item is made specifically for your order, standard cancellation rights do not apply to these products in accordance with applicable consumer regulations for custom-made goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production error, please contact us within 20 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 20 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit or has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for lost or undelivered packages must be reported within 20 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for review.

We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address may require reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
